Job details:
- Designing programs, price lists and consulting products/services for customers
- Work with customers and departments in the company to ensure the highest quality products/services are deployed to customers.
- Have experience as retail and group customers
- Have knowledge of destinations in Japan and can advise guests
- Taking care of customers throughout the process of customers buying, using and after using the service, and at the same time proposing policies to take care of loyal customers.
- Can follow to support the group.
- Make monthly business results report
- Implement contract procedures, finalize and assist in debt recovery from customers
- Have experience and knowledge in visa, work permit & TRC
- Other tasks as requested by the Leader

Request
- Graduated from College or higher, majoring in tourism, hotel and restaurant management, business administration, aviation
- Priority is given to candidates with 2 years of experience in a similar position (domestic, inbound, outbound)
- Skilled in selling, making quotations, taking care of customers, handling cases, negotiating persuasively and expanding relationships.
- Tour management skills (especially foreign tours)
- Knowledge of Immigration Visa
- Proficient in office computer (word, excel.powerpoint)
- English/Japanese (preferred)
