- Achieve committed sales targets
- Take care of old customers, open new customers
- Update sales, analyze market, report results to management by day, week, month
- Coordinate with Store Manager and Sales Admin to create sales orders, take care of customers, balance inventory; reconcile debts with customers, remind to collect debts according to contract term
- Update order payment information
- Receive and handle customer complaints or make recommendations to superiors.
- Coordinate with other departments to achieve common sales targets
- Propose solutions to problems if necessary
- Update reports for management as required
- Other tasks assigned by management.
