Job details
  • Maintain existing business relationships, take orders; establish new business relationships by planning and organizing daily work schedule for existing or other potential business relationships;
  • Search, meet, develop customers. Capturing needs, advising customers to appropriately use the system's products. Promote business activities to meet the system's sales targets and plans;
  • Coordinating planning and production departments to quote and close the contract, satisfying information on: Contract execution time; payment method…and other conditions in the contract, depending on specific customer conditions;
  • Taking care of customers throughout the contract implementation process. Receive information from the planning department and production department to understand the actual contract performance. Coordinate with departments to collect accurate information on contract performance progress, shipment date and delivery time. Ensure the performance of the contract with the customer in accordance with the signed conditions;
  • Advising on the development of sales policies, including policies on prices, promotions, discounts & promotional programs, approaching customers to submit to the Head of Department;
  • Propose policies for customers, customer groups, submit them to the Head of Department and follow the approved policy;
  • Set up sales targets and plans, submit them to the Head of Department for approval periodically and organize the sale of products & services under the function to achieve the approved target. Comply with the Company's regulations in proposing policies to customers when providing products & services under the functions and duties;
  • Prepare weekly and monthly work plans and submit them to the Head of Department for approval. Follow the approved plan;
  • Understand and attribute features, textures, prices, advantages/disadvantages of products, similar products, products of competitors.
  • Understand the customer contact process, the information complaint handling process, the process of receiving and resolving customer information, fully recording according to the forms of these processes;
  • Contact customers and record all customer information in the customer contact report. Report the content of customer contact during the day to the Head of Department;
  • Drafting a contract after the customer has agreed on the basic, transfer it to the Head of Department for comments on the contract terms. Prepare contract signing procedures according to the issued operating procedures;
  • Directly perform and urge the performance of the contract, including procedures for production, delivery, construction, invoice issuance, and check the quality of delivered products with customers;
  • Receive and handle customer complaints about product quality, delivery time….;
  • Monitor the contract liquidation process, support the accounting department to expedite the debt, only complete the responsibility when the customer has finished paying;
  • Trading, learn the needs of our customers. Search for potential customers;
  • Update job knowledge by reading business and marketing books; maintaining customer relationships;
  • Developing the business in the assigned area;
  • Taking care of customers and selling according to the set schedule.
