JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Basic requirements: Type 40 words/minute, unlimited male and female from 18 to 33 years old.

3. Personal Computer or Laptop is required.
WORK TIME
1. Mode 6 hours/day. Month off 4 days optional.
2. Starting from 14:00 - 17:00, 19:00 - 22:00 (17:00 - 19:00 break time)

ONLINE MARKETING OBJECTIVES
- Salary: Basic salary + performance commission + monthly KPI bonus + seniority.
- Commission is calculated based on member negative profit: 7%-10%-15%-20%.
- Target for probation: 3 customers in the first month, 5 customers in the second month, 7 customers after transferring.
