• Receiving, taking care of and managing existing customers;
• Closely monitor information, processes and participate in bidding packages of consumables at assigned units;
• Master the company's products, equipment and markets and introduce and advise customers;
• Participate in organizing presentations, conferences, seminars, training programs for customers;
• Closely monitor information, process and participate in equipment bidding packages at assigned units;
• Negotiate and negotiate with customers about equipment, prices and related terms;
• Monitor contract performance and also act as the contact point and take care of customers during and after the contract performance;
• Monitor debts and urge customers to pay debts on time;
