- Master the information about the products provided by the company such as: origin, color, preservation method, price, .....
- Search, maintain and develop a network of potential customers and partners (directly or indirectly).
- Introduce, advise and persuade customers to use the company's products
- Directly implement and urge the implementation including delivery procedures, invoicing, product inspection before delivery to customers.
- Regularly meet customers, update customer information, monitor market situation, update customer needs, propose new products according to customer needs.
- Resolve customer problems and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and reliability in accordance with the process.
- Report to management on customer needs, problems, concerns, competitor activities and potential in product business development.
- Responsible for personal revenue target.
- Perform other tasks requested by superiors.
