Processing
• Conduct site inspection, measurement, and survey; plan and schedule work and prepare teams and materials before construction;
• Manage construction implementation, guide construction according to drawings, technical standards and construction methods;
• Supervise the Company's teams and workers on construction techniques for finishing items.
• Directly manage the inspection, supervision and evaluation of the construction process at the site to ensure labor safety and project progress;
• Proactively resolve technical issues that arise at the construction site and promptly report when approval is needed.
• Delivery, inspection and management of materials/equipment at the construction site;
• Check specifications and quality of materials, ensure that they are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, technical requirements, quality and quantity.
• Acceptance of completed projects for teams, subcontractors, investors, customers... according to actual completed volume at the project.
• Complete construction registration procedures at the site, complete acceptance documents at the site with relevant parties.
• Report project progress and daily work through Work Group and Project Diary
• Other tasks as assigned.
Candidate requirements:
• Graduated from civil and industrial engineering major;
• Experienced in construction supervision and knowledgeable about completion;
• Master knowledge of construction supervision process system according to standards.
• Read design drawings and use specialized technical software for work.
• Honest and enthusiastic in work.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills, willing to work overtime to ensure progress.
• Requirements: minimum 5 years of experience or more
