Job details
- Receive customer support information, fully update customer information, support content, implementation results
- Support the group of products before and after receiving the warranty to and from the warranty process and according to the prescribed standards
- Technical advice for customers on how to install, operate, connect
- Support customers after product warranty in direct or indirect forms
- Go on-site processing, capture information about installation works, prepare treatment plans, lend or return products for customers to use, take pictures of installation works, report on construction quality back to Team Leader
- Receive and work with the team leader and product research team to test new technology products
- Technical advice for customers on how to install, operate, connect
