Production Technician (Agricultural Engineer) at Lam Dong - Sx-tm Và Dv đông A đà Lạt

1. Organize work according to the production process and assigned plan.
   • Deploying production work, organizing assignments, assigning daily tasks to workers, ensuring optimal effective use of human resources.
   • Arrange and submit to the Board of Directors the working schedule of their employees.
   • Urging and inspecting workers to carry out production in accordance with the technical process, ensuring the right quality, efficiency and work schedule.
   • Organize inspection and assessment of product quality, quality of trees/fields/assigned areas.
   • Monitor the import and export of drug inventory and periodically report to the Board of Directors .
2. Manage and develop a team of production workers to meet functions and tasks.
   • Determine demand for quantity and quality of personnel, propose recruitment.
   • Training, coaching and guiding production workers to strictly follow the working process and rules set forth by the Company and PSX.
   • Encourage, motivate, remind, propose to reward production workers on the basis of work results.
   • Make records, notebooks to track working time, timekeeping each employee of his department.
   • Make a table to evaluate and score on the capacity and working quality of the workers in the establishment to serve as a basis for monthly salary calculation.
3. Maintain and manage the quality system, handle arising problems, synthesize creative ideas from subordinates.
   • Guide and solve technical problems, monitor pest status, report and propose to the Board of Directors to provide timely solutions.
   • Directing the implementation of work according to PSX's technical process, detecting errors, and guiding workers to make timely adjustments.
   • Update technical information, new production methods. Synthesize new ideas and creations from subordinates, consider proposals to superiors.
   • Cooperate with subordinates in charge of safety and labor protection in production and hygiene.

REQUIREMENTS :
- Practical experience in vegetable and flower seedlings, good professional skills.
- Good management and organization skills.
- Honesty, enthusiasm, hard work.
