2. Check the planting soil in the planning area before starting the season to provide seeds and sow seeds.
3. Prepare and send breeding contracts to partners
4. Check the care and development process of seed fields in each stage.
5. Provide technical consulting support for people to take care of seed fields according to company standards.
6. Fully record data according to prescribed forms during the inspection process.
7. Timely report production status and objective incidents to superiors.
8. Develop a harvest schedule.

10. Perform other related tasks when requested by direct management and the company Board of Directors.
