Drive to pick up employees, customers, goods, company assets to the workplace, work place as required
Ensure the safety of employees, customers, and property during and during travel
Support Human Resources Administration staff to receive documents when required
Perform simple vehicle maintenance (e.g. vehicle inspection, wheel pump, etc.) and promptly notify direct management if there is any damage that needs repair
Read and understand maps and directions so you can plan your travel effectively
Save relevant documents (eg: mileage tracking book and petrol bill)
Make sure the car is always clean and tidy
Perform other tasks as assigned
