- Arrange decoration, clean the reception area.
- Communicating with customers, welcoming customers and patients directly to the clinic.
+ Invite water, fill in customer information while waiting for the doctor to visit.
+ Receive information and classify customers, guide customers to do initial procedures at the clinic.
- Answer and answer the phone.
- Receiving, supporting and consulting services for customers.
- Update customer information, store, arrange and contact customer support/care after using the service.
- Call to take care of old customers, arrange re-examination schedules, remind customers to visit customers.
- Implement the payment process for customers: Collect money from customers for services and manage cash funds. Report revenue and expenditure at the end of the day to the treasurer and superiors.
- Collaborate with other departments to connect and expand relationships, introduce the clinic's services to potential customers.
- Perform other administrative tasks (if any) and other tasks as directed by the Branch Manager.
