Job Details
- Receive hotel booking information from customers, advise and process booking requests through the company's channels.
- Contact hotel to confirm room status and feedback to customers, manage booking.
- Promptly answer customer questions about services and complaints; advise on room reservations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Search for customers in need of services, provide service consultation;
- Track and place bookings on the booking website
- Communicate and handle work issues well with the hotel as well as other partners.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors and department head.
