Main tasks
• Buying, following up purchase orders, controlling purchasing planning and shipping schedules;
• Negotiating Incoterm with suppliers, managing purchasing costs;
• Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation;
• Ensure that all procured items meet the required lead time, quality standards and specifications;
• Handling suppliers account for ensure the supply chain;
B. Extra tasks
• Make periodic reports and review KPIs Quarterly;
• Working to improve purchasing systems and processes;
2. Requirements
• Graduated from Colleges or The University with the major such as International Business, Business
Administration, Foreign Trade;
• At least 2 years working experience in purchasing, sourcing or supply chain managements;
• Have good skills in time management, negotiating, systematic and accurate working;
• Ability to work independently, Team working, have a high sense of responsibility;
