- Calling customers to remind payment deadlines for customers;
- Monitor and periodically report payment status of customers to Team Leader;
- Daily update on the status of calls to the management system;
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Direct Manager;
- Working during office hours from 08h30 every day of the month; fixed schedule of holidays on the 1st, 2nd of every month and 02 days of the month as assigned by the Manager (one month can be off up to 04 days, working 26 days);
