JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Collect, research business and requirements for the Company's IT solutions.

- Build system requirements documents, feature lists, usage scenario lists, detailed scenarios, business constraints, product layouts...

- Responsible for learning sessions and business handover.

- Participate in company solution introduction sessions for customers.

- Participate in drafting documents and instructing users to master the new system.

- Receive requests and support customers to fix system problems.

- Receive requests for improvements and software errors from users and then work with the development team to complete the software.

- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

REQUEST:

- College degree or higher in IT, finance, business...

- Ability to read and understand specialized English documents.

- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position or higher.

- Have knowledge and experience working with agile/scrum.

- Have knowledge and experience in UI, UX.

- Proactive, enthusiastic, good communication.

- Priority given to those with experience working with external customers.
