Sales planning, discounts, forecasting debt recovery cycles according to assigned targets.
Implement sales plans: Introduce the company's services and products to customers, engage in persuasion, negotiation, and exchange to successfully sign contracts. Carry out post-sales care activities, coordinate project deployment when requested by the enterprise.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve the company's common goals, including but not limited to:
With the finance and accounting department: Monitor account receivables under one's responsibility.
With the research and policy department: Update market fluctuations, propose research needs and suggest document construction for consulting clients based on the actual process of sales activities and meetings with partners, customers.
With the technology and product department: Summarize and update customer feedback, needs during customer contact, and implement sales tasks and suggest product development.
Develop and implement Business/Operational targets as assigned.
Perform other duties and responsibilities consistent with the role in the Commercial Department as well as Sales Representative of the company to Partners, Customers, Suppliers, Management Agencies, and other employees.
