Job Description

Tour Operator

Plan and make reservations for scheduled travel services.
Manage product profit margins according to company standards.
Resolve any issues that arise during the tour.
Work with suppliers to order services according to customer requirements from sources: sales, web... Negotiate with partners to get the best deals.
Coordinate departments to ensure trip quality as committed.

Product quality management:

Stabilize tour standards according to quality control procedures set forth by the company.
Evaluate and monitor the quality of services provided on the tour.
Collect feedback from customers and suggest improvements.

Product Building:

Participate and actively contribute ideas in product development meetings
Develop, manage and maintain good relationships with suppliers, service providers, partners in China, including: Airlines & hotels, vehicles, visas, travel insurance, domestic/international activities, tour guides...
Build and design tour programs and tourism products according to the company's business orientation.
Train and guide employees involved in operations and organization.

Report

Complete reports (PNL, Product review, ...) as required on time, attend meetings and contribute ideas when requested.

Location and working hours

Office: No. 53, Street No. 2, Van Phuc Urban Area, Hiep Binh Phuoc Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Working hours: Monday - Friday, Morning 08:30 - 12:00, Afternoon 13:30 - 18:00
