- Develop plans to develop corporate culture monthly/quarterly/yearly.
- Develop, propose ideas and organize the implementation of movement activities, emulation programs, and develop corporate culture
- Develop and complete documents and instructions related to corporate culture.
- Training on corporate culture for new employees. Participate in the synthesis of the integration results of the new HR.
- Other tasks as assigned by superiors & direct managers.
