1. Coordinate with the warehouse department to check and monitor the quality of input materials to ensure product quality meets requirements.
2. Check each production stage daily to ensure semi-finished/finished products are processed according to the correct process and meet technical standards.
3. Promptly respond to machine operators/team leaders about defective products and points that do not meet product quality requirements. 4. Analyze and recommend the production department to adjust the technical parameters of the machine or take corrective measures.
5. Conduct final product quality inspection and evaluation and confirm compliance with quality standards prior to delivery.
6. Store and manage samples at designated locations under suitable conditions.
7. Check the quality, specifications, and quantity of returned products, confirm the cause, and provide solutions and prevention.
8. Prepare quality analysis reports on raw materials, finished products and defective products as required.
9. Maintain QC department's testing equipment and tools in good condition.
10. Responsible for relevant reports.
11. Other tasks assigned by superiors.
