Apply black box and white box techniques to create test scenarios;
Set up test environment, execute and report results;
Manage, analyze and monitor test results, report results and evaluate product quality after each stage;
Research and apply tools for testing;
Allocate work in the testing team, review test cases and testers' test quality;
Work closely with PO and Developers to prepare for launching new products and features, ensuring quality meets requirements;
Work with technical teams, other scrum teams in the company to exchange or provide product information ( if needed );
Work closely with Developers, Product Owner & Scrum master to discuss and clarify product requirements and work requirements during the sprint.
Control the quality of products before they are delivered to users.
Test planning, preparation of detailed test cases and testing of developed software
Perform testing, log errors and monitor the development team's bug fixing progress Manage, monitor and track the lifecycle of errors that may arise in the system
Quality control ensures that the system/product is created exactly as per the agreed design.
Close coordination with technical team (backend, web & mobile) to ensure consistent product quality
Coordinate with product design team to complete detailed development requirements documents
Candidate requirements
Graduated from University, College or higher in Economics/Medical/Banking/Information Technology.
2 - 5 years of experience in QC/Tester position
Have knowledge of API testing using postman, have knowledge of functional testing, system, performance, random testing.
Good test case writing skills, logical structure organization and reasonable order for easy management
Proficient in office computer skills (Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer); Use ERP.
Experience in projects related to healthcare, hospitals, and banks is an advantage.
