- Receiving orders from customers; Make sales orders/invoices on the software, send it to the Heads of relevant departments for approval and transfer to the Warehouse and Delivery Department.
- Receive all feedback from customers/agents over the phone, check the information, send reports to the Manager/Sales Manager for a timely solution.
- Manage customer profile information: Manage and update information when there are changes; and create a profile for new customers including contact details, name of management representative and details of orders and invoices.
- Sales support: Perform common requests from customers such as requesting quotes or providing delivery date information to customers...
- Customer care: Regularly exchange information with customers, learn about customers' interests, birthdays, wedding dates, company establishment dates, .... from there consulting care policies customer care (giving gifts, asking questions, ...) for TP/Sales Manager to maintain cooperation as well as strengthen cohesion with the Company
- Coordination of orders and deliveries: Consolidation of orders; monitor the import - export - inventory of goods to be proactive in selling and purchasing materials and production materials when needed; Follow up orders, deliver on time, make accurate delivery records for each order.
- Ensure sales: Track the sales of each employee to motivate employees to follow the revenue schedule; manage and track, collect debts, promote customers on debt deadlines
- Manage and supervise the work plan of all sales staff.
- Managing information systems, drafting documents and internal documents related to operations at the Sales Department.
- Update sales figures, check the authenticity of sales reports of sales staff.
- Synthesize, analyze data and prepare sales reports by day, week, month, quarter, year.
- Calculating bonuses for sales staff, projects and business collaborators.
- Organize and arrange training activities for sales staff of the Sales Department.
