Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Receiving and preliminarily processing orders;
- Summarize orders, arrange delivery, board a trip for the driver to deliver
- Coordinate with sales and debt accountants to approve sales orders;
- Support care, sales by phone and online means;
- Manage customer list, customer profile information; coordinate with sales to organize customer care;
- Receive all feedback from customers/agents over the phone, check the information, send reports to the Manager/Sales Manager;
- Perform other tasks as required by the Direct Manager and the Board of Directors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Qualification: High school graduate or above.
- Skill:
+ Computer: know how to use office computers
+ Communication skills: good, fluent, agile, able to handle situations flexibly.
- Experience in delivery coordination, customer care calls or telesales is preferred
- Other requirements: Easy-to-see appearance, easy-to-listen voice.
RIGHT:
- Salary: 7 - 9 million + bonus for business performance (NO SALE APPLICATION)
- Working time: 7h45-11h45, 13h00-17h00 from Monday to Saturday
