JOB DUTIES
Search, maintain and develop a network of potential customers and partners (direct or indirect).
• Introduce, advise and persuade customers to use the company's products/services.
• Directly implement and supervise contract implementation, including delivery procedures, invoice issuance, and checking product quality with customers.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and trust according to procedures.
• Coordinate with other staff to ensure product availability in store.
• Collaborate with marketing department to develop new sales strategies.
• Report daily/weekly/monthly work to superiors.
• Report to management on customer needs, problems, concerns; competitor activities and potential for product/service business development.
• Other duties as required.
