I. JOB DESCRIPTION.
- Search for customer data who need to transport goods or import goods from China to Vietnam according to the instructions and training of the manager.
- Call and advise customers on the Company's products and services.
+ Provide guidance and advice on sources of goods, products, quality, and import time for customers.
+ Consulting on import procedures, LCL, FCL, road and sea freight rates.
- Customer care and handling of problems if any
II. REQUIREMENTS.
- College graduate
- Have personal laptop.
- Priority given to those with experience in sales, telesales, customer service or having worked as a direct sales staff at the store.
- Quick, proactive, responsible for work.
- Do not hesitate to call to advise customers on shipping and ordering services.
- Working hours: 8:00 am - 5:30 pm (from Monday to Saturday; 1.5 hour lunch break)
III. BENEFITS.
- Income = Basic salary 6,000,000 VND + Responsibility salary 1,000,000 VND + Commission + Bonus
(income 9,000,000-25,000,000/month, discussed in detail during the interview)
- 2-month probationary period with 85% basic salary + 100% responsibility salary + commission
- Support parking tickets under the building.
