1. Etsy/Amazon Store Management:

2. Idea generation and product development:

Research market trends and propose creative ideas for new products (prioritize handmade products)
Work with the Design department to realize ideas into finished products.

3. Customer care:

Respond to messages and handle customer requests quickly and professionally.
Process orders, coordinate with Fulfillment department to ensure on-time delivery.

4. Coordinate with departments:

Work with the design department to improve product design and quality.
Coordinate with Fulfillment team to ensure smooth production and shipping process.

1. Personal skills:

Hardworking, careful, have good logical thinking and problem solving ability.
Creative, good aesthetic taste, and sensitive to market trends, love of handmade products is an advantage.
Good time management skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

2. Professional skills:
