Track and manage orders, ensure on-time delivery and quality
Make a detailed purchasing plan for each project.
Monitor and prepare payment records for suppliers, prepare debt records and payment progress.
Responsible for making documents, contracts, terms, payment progress, warranty with contractors - suppliers and coordinating with accountants to summarize debts after project completion.
Resolve and report any arising issues to the investor and contractor promptly if any.
Read and understand drawings; Separate items and volumes from drawings/design documents, calculate volumes of Fix-out, Furniture, M&E;...
Make a quotation and estimate for interior design;
Calculate quantity and estimate interior finishing value of civil construction works (Apartments, Houses, Villas,...) as assigned by the Board of Directors;
Complete detailed estimate documents & bidding documents to serve the bidding & construction of projects and works after winning the bid;
