- Planning purchasing.
- Looking for suppliers in the Chinese market.
- Make purchases to ensure quality, price, on time and timely payment methods to meet production requirements.
- Monitor and pay suppliers.
- Track, manage and maintain records related to the purchase of raw materials to meet production needs.
- Maintain records and documents of the Planning Department.
- Making contract of sale and purchase of finished products and keeping relevant records.
- Responsible for advising the Head of Unit, the Board of Directors on issues related to the purchase of raw materials, in order to reduce unreasonable costs.
- Coordinating with relevant units to meet the requirements of raw materials and samples for testing and researching new products.
- Other tasks as assigned by direct manager.
Request:
- Fluent in Chinese (equivalent to HSK3 and above) & basic English
- Graduated from College/University majoring in import-export, economics, business and other disciplines
- At least 1 year of purchasing experience
- Able to negotiate well with NCC
