WORK CONTENT
• Supporting customers on company programs;
• Enter and process customer data on the company's system;
• Answer customers' questions by phone, zalo, sms, email....
• Working during office hours, not going to the market;
• Perform other tasks when requested from superiors. JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Graduated from high school or older, from age;
• Clear voice, ability to handle situations;
• NO experience is required as you will be trained on the job;
• Experience in Consulting, Customer Care is an advantage. RIGHT
• Fixed salary: 7 million VND/month + commission
• Support lunch at the office; parking fee support; telephone charges and related work equipment;
• Holidays + public holidays and New Year's holidays according to the State's regulations;
• Working in a young, dynamic environment, trained in job skills;
• 13th month salary, team building, travel,....
Working address: Thao Dien, District 2
Working time: Monday to Saturday morning from 8:00am, lunch break from 12:00-13:30
