Job details:
- Exploiting customer information through the data provided by the company in combination with more searching (with a leader accompanying it).
- Set up calls, consult customers about the company's products and services available such as: website design, hosting, digital marketing services, etc. The manager will support in the consulting process.
- Support and care for customers in the process of using the product to achieve the best use effect and advise on product upgrading.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports
