Invite customers to the Center.
Customer Consulting (Walk-in, Phone in, Referral, Online Chat, Database Telesales, etc...)
Record customer information into the software.
Invoice, collect tuition, book fees, issue red invoices.
Provide placement tests, appropriate pathway advice and classes to enroll in.
Track customers who have completed classes to re-enroll for the next course.
Coordinate with relevant departments to contact old customers who have stayed at the center.
Work in shifts/rotating shifts from 9:00AM – 6:00PM or 1:00PM – 9:00PM

Graduated from high school, college or university.
Good communication and persuasion skills.
Responsible, reliable, honest and mature.
Friendly, patient and understanding of customer psychology.
Can work under pressure.
Can work in a team.
Know how to use computer, internet, Word, Excel.
