Job Description

Job Details
  • Consulting on financial services suitable for customer needs: credit cards & loan packages (cash, installments...) at Home Credit's partner stores
  • Answer customer questions about the company's products and services
  • Find new customers who need to use the service
  • Take care of old customers based on data provided by the company
  • Go to the market to support customers to complete contracts (if needed)
  • Report cases of customer fraud (if any)
  • Working hours: depending on the area (details discussed during interview)
  • Receive paid training before starting work

Candidate requirements
  • High school graduate or higher
  • Good communication, fluent
  • Can use smartphone to make online contract for customers
  • Experience in consulting and sales is an advantage
