Job Description

• Course consulting and customer care via multiple channels (Phone calls, chat, email, etc.).
• Responsible for personal and team sales targets.
• Actively search for students outside of the company's available data.
• Receive customer feedback and complaints and forward to relevant departments.
• Administrative work: manage student information, make reports.
• Coordinate marketing activities: livestreams, seminars, events to advise on courses and attract students.

Request

• Work 44 hours/week (Full-time) at the office, can rotate evening or weekend shifts.
• Have communication skills, situation handling skills and teamwork skills.
• Intermediate English level (Priority given to candidates with IELTS 5.5+ or equivalent).
• Clear, easy to listen to, enthusiastic voice. No lisp/stutter, regional accent.
• Have good Telesales skills and situation handling.
• Have over 6 months of experience working in Sales related to Education industry.
• Knowledge and interest in e-Learning products is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and student management software is an advantage.
• Have personal laptop.

Interest

• Fixed salary (depending on ability and experience): Full-time: 8,000,000 - 10,000,000 VND / month
• Sales bonus (full-time total income 18 million - 30+++ million/month).
• Probationary period: 85% basic salary + 100% commission.
