I. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Make calls to customers from the Call-Center system according to the data provided by the company
- Update call history and customer information on the system
- Find out why, provide solutions and support customers according to the process
- Participate in other tasks as assigned by the Team Leader.
II. REQUEST
- Male/Female, from full 20 years old
- Hardworking, responsible in work
- Graduated from high school or higher
- No experience required, training is provided before starting work
- Strong listening and persuasion skills.
III. REGIME
- Stable income: from 8 to 15 million VND/month (Basic salary: 4.7 million/month + Bonus)
- 13th month salary and annual cumulative bonus
- Participating in travel and extra-curricular activities with the Company
- The company supports all tools for the job
- Modern, comfortable, fully-equipped working environment
- Sign an official labor contract and fully enjoy the insurance regimes as prescribed by law
- Working time: Monday - Saturday (office hours).
