- Advising the Head of Department, the Board of Directors of the Company on the management, administration and implementation of projects/contract packages;
- Organizing implementation: projects/contract packages, making construction progress, construction methods, labor safety measures, fire prevention and fighting, environmental protection, submission of equipment and materials... and implementation processes project declaration;
- Monitor technical management, project quality, urge acceptance and payment. Monitor and supervise the construction progress of contractors according to the signed contract progress;
- Organize overall acceptance, handover, settlement, warranty work, audit, settlement of complaints (if any);
- Coordinate with other departments in the Company to implement the most effective projects/contract packages;
- Under the management, direct direction from the Head of Department/in charge, the Board of Directors of the Company and perform other duties when requested by the Head of Department.
