- Manage and be responsible for the general administration of human resources activities. Decide on issues related to the daily operations of the entire Human Resources system within the assigned authority;
- Advise the Board of Directors in the organization and management of human resources
- Develop salary regulations, salary scale and welfare regimes applied in each period in line with the Company's development orientation;
- Develop and implement recruitment plans, training and development plans;
- Develop and organize the implementation of the corporate culture plan in accordance with the Company's motto and development orientation
- Calculating salary and bonus, ensuring that the welfare regimes for employees are implemented in accordance with the Company's regulations and the Law;
- On behalf of the Company, answer and resolve issues related to employees, policies, labor contracts, benefits, ...;
- Organizing events for the Group such as seminars, job fairs,...
- Develop and propose to approve and promulgate processes, regulations, policies and documents governing the operation of the Company;
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.
