1. PRODUCT MANAGER: 2 people
- Manage the list of products for the area they are in charge of:
+ Building & Construction segment (Building & Construction - MEP products); or
+ Infrastructure segment (Infrastructure - water supply and drainage, wastewater treatment).
- Responsible for technical issues with Sales Team and customers in the whole project.
- Monitor inventory and make/manage import plans.
- Coordinate with the Board of Directors, Sales Team and Engineering to design and develop product strategies to ensure revenue/profit for the segment they are in charge of.
- Together with other departments to monitor the project's operation progress, from the quotation stage to delivery/acceptance.
- Manage and store relevant technical documents (such as drawings, datasheets, technical instructions, installation instructions,...).
- Training/Training for department staff when required.
- Conduct research, data analysis and product reports to the Board of Directors when required.

2. SALES MANAGER: 2 people
- Coordinate with the Board of Directors to create, establish and implement sales strategies to ensure the overall goals of the company.
- Coordinate with the Board of Directors to plan, prepare and execute the sales/project process, including but not limited to:
+ Pre-sales: Research and find out information about customers/projects; Prepare technical documents.
+ During sales: Exploiting customer needs; Advising customers on technical and product solutions; Quote; Negotiate prices and terms of sale; Monitor, update and report.
+ After-sales: Delivery tracking; T&C; Customer care; Maintenance & Warranty.
- Actively looking for new sales opportunities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
- Together with other departments to monitor the project's operation progress, from the quotation stage to delivery/acceptance.
- Conduct research, analyze data and report to the Board of Directors when required.
- Achieve sales KPI/target.
