Job Description
- Receive requests from customers or conduct market research to come up with ideas and develop products for the Company;
- Research information related to trends and changes in the project area;
- Participate in business support work: presales, POC, making slides, FIT/FAP customer requirements,...
- Collect requirements from customers, analyze and transfer to BA for detailed operations;
- Responsible for reviewing and finalizing all documents before sending to customers;
- Negotiate and agree with customers on resources and costs for each stage of the project, acceptance criteria for each stage;
- Undertake project management tasks: planning, project implementation, ensuring project progress and quality according to set requirements;
- Coordinate with departments to estimate and manage resources and costs of project items;
- Use appropriate tools and techniques to measure project performance;
- Adjust and manage changes to project scope, schedule and cost using appropriate techniques;
- Control and handle incidents, problems, and risks of changes in the project to ensure progress;
- Monitor and urge project members to work on schedule;
- Develop a quality control plan and overcome project risks during implementation;
- Participate in software acceptance procedures;
- Review, measure and evaluate project results after completion;
- Report progress and transfer to management when necessary;

- At least 03 years of experience in a similar position or experience working as BA Lead, PO,...
- University degree in related major;
- Solid knowledge of project management and risk management processes; - Priority given to those with PMP certification;
- Priority is given to candidates with experience working in IT solution development and implementation projects;
