Job Description
Receive requirements from projects, analyze in detail, build detailed implementation plans and product development roadmap.
Manage software development team, ensure project is implemented on schedule and with quality.
Assign specific tasks to each team member, monitor progress, assist in problem solving and ensure the quality of the final product.
Participate in technical requirements analysis, system design and development of effective software solutions.
Propose and implement initiatives to improve departmental work efficiency, build a professional and positive working culture.
Skills & Expertise
1/ Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in building and developing Web, App based on C# platform (ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, Entity Framework) or PHP platform, Nodejs, Nextjs, React..
Software project management with a team of 5 or more people, minimum 1 year project management experience. Ensure quality, on-time delivery and meet customer requirements.
Good understanding of Oracle, PostgreSQL databases and ability to write effective SQL queries.
Ability to understand customer requirements, analyze problems logically and provide optimal technical solutions.
Highly responsible, proactive and positive in work
Have Leadership Ability
2/ Priority:
Experience working with DevOps, AWS is a plus.
Able to communicate in Japanese at N4 level or higher.
Experience working with Japanese customers.
