- Manage daily operations of the unit in the assigned area including services: Sales, catering...
- Monitor and evaluate business performance of sales counters, food service counters, etc. in the assigned area.
- Propose specific and timely measures to improve the operational efficiency of the area in charge.
- Monitor, inspect the professional skills, work quality and compliance with labor regulations of employees in assigned areas.
- Control documents and daily revenue.
- Assign shifts and monitor the work of employees in the unit according to company regulations.
- Guide and train new employees on professional skills and company rules/regulations.
- Provide work instructions and detailed work deployment for each employee.
- Monitor and check the quantity and operating status of the infrastructure system: offices, warehouses, stalls, restaurants; equipment; tools, instruments (CCDC); machinery... at the unit. Propose addition/replacement when necessary.
- Propose to order goods and raw materials for business activities
- Monitor and check the import, storage and export of goods and raw materials according to procedures and regulations.
-Regularly check the status of goods and raw materials at the unit: quantity, expiry date, storage status... propose handling when abnormalities occur.
-Communicate information deployed from the Board of Directors, Departments/Offices to the unit's employees.
Other tasks as required by the Board of Directors.
