Supervise & coordinate all activities at the store.
Control the execution of customer-related employee processes.
Observe, record & synthesize information of customers evaluating products (food, drinks) for superiors, proposing options to serve customers better.
Ensure smooth operation: right role, right process of each subordinate staff.
Coordinate in detail all activities of the shop in each location to ensure the best operation when the restaurant is crowded.
Checking employee activities as assigned by each individual: cleaning areas, cleaning counters, kitchens...
Remind & reprimand & punish according to regulations if individuals make mistakes.
Responsible for recruiting according to the store's recruitment & training process.
Develop a new personnel training roadmap (theory è practice è probation è evaluation of the probationary process)
Arrange the working schedule of employees in the store to ensure smooth operation and full staff to operate.
Check and ensure output quality of products: quality of raw materials.
Monitor & check inventory report of kitchen staff / bartender.
Inventory and monitor the quantity and quality of goods, tools, equipment, and store assets.
Directly deal with customer complaints (if any) when employees cannot solve them.
