JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and implement sales plans, promote growth and expand markets for the company's financial products
• Responsible for building, training and managing the sales team, motivating the team to achieve business targets
• Conduct market research and analysis, develop business strategies appropriate to target markets
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and actively seek and expand new customer sources, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Monitor business data, analyze sales and periodically report results to management
• Participate in planning and implementing product promotion activities to enhance brand awareness
• Coordinate with Sales department and related departments to ensure smooth business process

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Education: No degree required, priority given to candidates with related experience
• Work experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in business, including at least 1 year of team management experience
• Professional skills
• Ability to plan and execute sales well, quick to adjust business strategies according to market needs
• Proficient in market research and analysis tools, able to accurately locate target markets
• Leadership: Possesses excellent motivational, communication and team management skills
• Results Orientation: Have clear goals and the ability to work effectively under pressure to achieve business targets
• Other requirements: Willing to travel, proficient in office software.
