1. Develop business strategy
· Plan and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets
· Analyze market, industry trends and customer needs to recommend suitable products or services.
2. Manage and develop sales team
· Recruit, train and support sales staff to improve performance.
· Set specific goals for each team member, monitor and evaluate work performance periodically.
· Motivate and maintain a positive working environment for the team.
3. Maintain and expand customer relationships
· Search for new customers, especially businesses in the garment industry, consumer goods manufacturing, and related industries.
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction.
· Participate in meetings with customers to advise on optimal solutions regarding product design, materials and costs.
4. Monitor the sales process
· Track the entire process from customer consultation, sending quotes, receiving orders to delivery and receiving feedback.
· Closely coordinate with production and design departments to ensure product quality meets customer requirements.
5. Sales management and reporting
· Monitor, analyze sales, prepare periodic reports and make recommendations for improvement.
· Ensure revenue meets and exceeds set targets.
6. Seeking opportunities for cooperation and market expansion
· Participate in fairs and exhibitions in the garment and printing industry to connect and introduce products.
· Develop partnerships with strategic industry partners.
