Analyze customer requirements, design user flows, data and systems based on agreed customer journeys.
Analyze functions, survey customer needs to provide appropriate solutions based on the technologies that the company or customer is using (Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
Configure and develop solutions (if possible) on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud system environment.
Write user requirements documentation, functional overview, and user interface wireframes.
Coordinate with testing and QC departments to ensure solutions meet business requirements and products meet user needs.
Develop training materials, conduct product and solution technical training for end customers after system handover.

Candidate requirements
University degree in one of the following majors: business administration; marketing; management information systems; information technology; software technology
Have 2 years of experience in business analysis to convert into system processes in Marketing and CRM domains.
Have 3 years of experience communicating with customers and exchanging requirements, surveying customer requirements on business operations to convert into system processes.
Have knowledge of Automation Marketing, CRM, Loyalty systems.
Experienced in building marketing solutions in different projects.
Experience working with SQL and basic HTML, CSS, scripting.
Experience working with data and using Excel to process data for simple marketing use cases.
Experience in writing business documents and business analysis for medium sized projects.
Have the spirit of self-study, learn about knowledge, professions, and appropriate application technology.
Understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud system (and related modules) is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and self-manage time and work.
Teamwork, good coordination with relevant departments and divisions.
Working spirit is not afraid of difficulties, can coordinate with all parties to propose the most suitable solution for customers and partners of the company.
Ability to use English fluently (priority given to reading and speaking).
