Job details
- Act as the first technical point of contact with pre-sales prospects and post-sale customers.
- Responsible for customer technical issues, finding ways to resolve these issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide pre-sales support pesentation, seminars and webinars to promote the company's products
- Advise customers on new features
- Provide training and consulting on tools
- After-sales support for customers via email, webinars and phone.
- Create support tool documentation, tutorials, videos and demonstrations.
- Participate in planning future tool development.

REQUIREMENTS
Key experience:
- At least 3++ years experience as technical support or field application engineer role.
- Embedded Engineer Background or experience with software (C and C++)
- Broad experience with debuggers, compilers, IDE's, RTOS, simulators and emulators.
- English: fluently with speaking and writing

Salary: 40mil
Working time : Mon-Fri: 8:30-17:30 (Flexible time, this time is suggested by you)
