Processing
+ Periodically coordinate with relevant departments to develop operational plans for the store (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
+ Manage and be responsible for all operations and revenue of the stores assigned to the Manager in the Company's chain of stores;
+ Check and manage raw materials at the Store, ordering process, receiving goods, transferring assets, raw materials, etc.;
+ Responsible for explaining expenses and proposals for store operations. Control store operating expenses well at a minimum level;
+ Supervise the organization and implementation of store promotions and incentives.
+ Implement and supervise the implementation of activities at the store according to the Company's policies, procedures and regulations;
+ Store representatives handle problems that arise with customers when subordinates cannot resolve them.
• Human resource management:
+ Determine staffing for the store, ensuring sufficient manpower to carry out assigned requirements.
+ Directly participate in the recruitment interview process, salary negotiation for staff positions in the restaurant
+ New employee training instructions.
Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
2. Job Requirements:
+ Age from 25 years old and above. Priority given to female candidates.
+ Have over 12 months of experience in a similar position. Priority is given to candidates with experience in the F&B industry.
+ Good problem solving ability, work organization skills, not afraid of difficulties.
+ Ability to work independently, in groups, and withstand high work pressure.
+ Have long-term commitment orientation.
