Job Description

Job Description

Build workflow, software development process, software quality management process in the company.
Participate in the project to build the company's own products.
Conduct estimation, source code review and project progress management.
Evaluate the capacity and assign work to project members.
Report project progress and propose solutions to PM.

Candidate requirements

Love and passion for developing technology products.
Minimum 2 years of experience participating in development in information technology projects as a Tech Leader.
Priority given to candidates with PMP certification
Ability to research, analyze and solve problems independently.
Experienced in building system architecture.
Ability to manage programming expertise.
Ability to review code, advise and support team members.
Good teamwork and motivational skills.
Project management skills are a plus
