- Calling via Telesales system to introduce, consult and offer Card products (Credit, Debit, and related services for individual customers assigned in each period; close appointments to transfer to the RBO of the Department or Branch/Transaction Office (for Credit Card products) or further process the sales cycle (for Non-Credit products) to achieve individual departmental and sales targets other odd.
- Receive the list of assigned customers, develop a plan to sell the bank's retail products in the area and the list of assigned customers.
- Implement sales implementation on assigned data sources to achieve monthly work targets.
- Exploiting more customer databases collected from sources outside the banking system to increase the salary of new customers for the bank.
- Full consultation on product features, fees, interest payable and documents to be provided to customers.
- Set up an appointment & transfer the established appointment information to the focal point at the business unit, branch.
- Make card payments to customers (if any)
- Report daily sales activities and sales targets (e.g. Calls, appointments, records obtained) to Team Leader, Sales Department Manager by phone.
- Ensure absolute compliance with Techcombank's regulations/processes/guidelines/policies in customer appraisal/document control/post-loan management.
