■ Contents of work:
- This position works directly with the Japanese director & Headquarters/customers in Japan.
- Search for suppliers in Vietnam
- Receive quotes, negotiate prices with suppliers to ensure products meet quality standards as well as price and delivery date.
- Contact partners to arrange import/export.
- Track invoices, documents and orders
- Follow up payments for partners
- Other tasks will be assigned by the Japanese director.

■ Requirements:
- Male Female. 25-40 years old
- Japanese equivalent to N2
- Have purchasing experience or equivalent experience
- Experience in electronic components
- Good communication and negotiation
- Proactive and responsible at work

■Working time: Mon-Fri (8:00-17:00), Saturday work every other week
Salary negotiable according to ability
