Administrative work:
- Operate the telephone switchboard, receive incoming calls and connect to relevant departments
- Receive, circulate and process letters, dispatches and parcels
- Monitor and make statistics on the process of using and ordering stationery and necessary necessities
- Monitor and manage the list of equipment, tools, and assets of the company
- Work with suppliers on issues: costs, payments, documents,...
- Print, scan, photocopy documents
- Manage and coordinate meeting rooms
- Sign and circulate documents, records, vouchers, etc. of departments/departments in the company in accordance with issued procedures
- Prepare logistics for meetings and events
- Perform other tasks when requested by the boss
